一、Product Overview

This equipment is a multifunctional mechanical comprehensive display classroom designed according to the teaching syllabus of universities, vocational schools, and vocational schools. It is a set of over 500 models of "Mechanical Principles", "Mechanical Parts", and "Reducer", which are merged into three major categories and become an electronic teaching equipment. There are 15 cabinets and 30 boards in total. The device adopts a new touch LCD screen computer control console. MPC explanation, touch screen, remote control, voice controlled synchronous loop playback for demonstration; Also, according to the textbook and teaching needs, choose to run the demonstration independently. The characteristics of this product are: easy to operate, small footprint, novel and practical structure, more beautiful production process, lifelike demonstration of the entire equipment, reliable operation, and effective improvement of teaching students' activity, interest, and product life. 二、 Technical parameters

1) This display cabinet consists of fifteen cabinets and one control console, with an overall size of 1200 × four hundred and fifty × 1900mm long × wide × High);

2) The mechanical principle and reducer can be explained using MP3, controlled by LCD touch control and remote control, and can be selected and played repeatedly. The commentary is broadcasted in a 100 square room with a loud sound;

3) The model is made of organic boards and hard polychlorinated materials;

4) The cabinet body is welded with 1.0mm cold rolled plates, and the surface is made of medium temperature phosphating spray plastic, which has good rigidity. The annotation of the display panel surface inside the cabinet is made using laser photography, and the panel surface is accompanied by necessary charts and text instructions, with a beautiful and durable appearance;

5) The top of the cabinet is equipped with a lighting fluorescent lamp, and the back of the cabinet is equipped with a facing door, which is beneficial for maintaining equipment and facilitating maintenance;

6) The bottom of the cabinet is equipped with a universal wheel, which is easy to move and meets the requirements of ergonomics.
